We had a wonderful experience on Saturday at Lindsay Honda. Our salesperson, Ronnie, was excellent! The sales manager, Shannon, was so patient in explaining the leasing options to us, more than once. I literally came in with a 1/2 hour, needing to leave at a certain time. I was able to test drive a vehicle and come back the following day to complete paperwork and leave with the vehicle.
My Rep, Matt, was awesome and personable. He provided information honestly and thoroughly about cars in general. He remembered and asked my daughter about her game the following day.
The financial manager I worked with, Illiana, was also very explanatory and patient.

Cody helped me and my wife with the new passport. I came in several times during the bad snow so it was very nice to be able to look at the cars inside a heated building. We shopped around at several dealerships and had some not so great experiences but everything was easy and smooth with Cody and Lindsay. No high pressure sales tactics just education and answers!

The staff I interacted with belong to an entirely different tier of "customer service". All star sales rep, Skyler. Cannot say enough about this gentleman.
